Post anyone running GT40 heads on a GT please help

I just finished rebuilding the valve-train on my set of GT40s and I'm installing them this weekend. I've never done a head swap before and was just woindering if it should be a simple swap or is their anything else I need to do to keep my car legal.....
thanks.

According to your sig, you are already illegal...so don't sweat it...

Just take your time and follow torque specs

It really is a piece of cake

Oh yeah, good luck with the flowtech headers...I haven't heard one good thing about them yet

Angry

I've learned 1st hand the Flowtech's are worth **** ! I could build a set of headers better than those morons. Prepare to have serious fitment, quality control, and bolting issues. All the runners are bent coming out of the head!!!! Some on mine were actually bent OVER the bolt holes.

Your off road H makes your car illegal in case you are wondering.

Just make sure that you have new heads bolts and all the GT-40's I have seen you need the head bolt washers. Make sure you DON'T put them on backwards. Mine went on perfect with no problems, everything lined up great. Good luck!
