Post AOD to C4... What do I need??????

What is involved with changing out a AOD to a C4 in a 1991 Mustang GT? What do I need beside the transmission? Do i need a new flywheel, driveshaft, crossmember, shifter, starter ect... TELL ME WHAT I NEED. PLEASE, SOMEONE WHOS DONE THE WORK THEMSELVES. I'd also like to know who is a good place to go through. The transmission will eventually getting about 550 flywheel hp, so I need a built one.
