I've done it, and it is WELLLLL worth it

I spent about $600 on parts. $200 T-5+400 in new clutchkit/flywheel/cable/TO bearing/pedals/computer (not needed)/ shifter.

Then I got $425 out of the year old rebuilt AOD. so i actually spent under $200 for the whole swap. can't beat that
I also did all the work myself with the help of a friend who has access to a lift (very nice to have when doing tranny work)
