Default AOD Transmission Tech Question

I'm about to change the transmission fluid in my '89 5.0. What type of transmission fluid do i put in it and how much will it take to fill it back up if I drain the pan and torque convertor? What are the best additives to put in the keep my transmission stronger longer. It is my orginal transmission and I have 150,000 miles on it with no problems yet, want to keep it that way. I've heard that Trans-x and Lucus has good additives. Tell me what you guys think. Thanks.
