"acclerating" down an on ramp the engine light comes on, but when i get to crusin (70-80) she goes off. its only under WOT an its only untill the rpms steady out at 70-80 Thinkin it migh be the TPS, what say you noble stang windsor gods?

Have you checked it for any codes? May try clocking (turning 90 degrees) your mass air meter to see if that helps.

Hey, you said BBK..... is that cold air intake you just installed? I like to reset the computer everytime I change something that has to do with air, spark, or fuel so that the computer can learn the new values. I think your computer is expecting one set of values, however it is recieving something else. I have to reset the computer about once every six months, if not, it will lul my car to sleep by backing out to much timing and fuel to the point I get lean pops! Well anyway, my .02:p

This is excellent advice that is overlooked far too often.

:)

Take care,
