Post Which ATF for T-5?

I have been reading several different sources on the subject. Some say use synthetic, others say no synthetic, some recommend GM's synchromesh (used in Tremecs I believe). My question is this, Who is running synchromesh or synthetic in their T-5? Let me know if your trans is stock or upgraded. Thank you in advance.

I put the GM synchromesh about two years back. I plan on changing it this summer and am going to try Redline Synthetic manual transmission oil. I have a stock T-5.
