When bleeding brakes you should start with the wheel cylinder that is the furthest from the master cylinder, then move to the next closest and so on. You should go through all four wheels at this point.

The use of a bleeding kit will make this task easier. But, it is not required...I would use one though...I like tools

If you installed a new master cylinder you should bench bleed them before install. But, you can still bleed the system if you have not. It just takes longer. It does not sound like you put a new master cylinder in...did you?

That reminds me jimberg, how's the Metro coming along?
