Post auto to manual computer probs

I just finished my AODE to tremec 3550 swap. The engine pings like a mofo under medium and high load. I put in a new H-pipe and O2's but I dont think they are the cause. I am a little nervous that maybe my donor computer was bad.
Also I havent got the clutch pedal interlock working correctly. You can start teh engine even with the pedal out or with the connectors unplugged from the clutch pedal.
