![]() Basically what is involved in installing an aftermarket tach on an 87 ford. Specifically this would be going on my 87 Continental with 5.0 motor. Not that I really need a tach for an aod but I want one. They come in handy even on autos.
I would need to run a ground wire,a switched power wire, and splice a wire into some sort of lights. How does the main part work as far as splicing into say the coil or the ignition or what not? I don't really want to be splicing into any big wires and messing anything up. ------------------ Rob meister 89 Mercedes 190E 2.6 87 Lincoln Continental Ex 86 Mercury Cougar |
