axle lengths
What do you measure an axle from??? I'm assuming from the front of the flange to the very end of the axle? What are the 8.8 axle lengths for:
87-92 mustang svo mustang 88 t bird late model mustangs 1994 to present. |
the 87-92 measure 29 5/32
the sn95 i belive are aprox 3/4 of an inch longer the svo and thunderbird i couldnt tell you what do you need |

Im putting 31 spline 5 lub axles in a disc brake tbird rear...I was under the impression that the sn95 axles are approx 1/8 inch longer than the tbird's, but looking at them both I can see that the sn95's are considerably longer...about 3/4 of an inch. Using 94> axle flanges will probably work with the stock disc brakes, but the wheels will stick out even further than they already do with the 'bird rear.
