B&M ripper shifter?

I'm looking into getting a B&M ripper shifter. I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with it and if they recommend it. There is a 30% and 35% reduction, which do you perfer, how smooth does it shift, and how long is the handle compared to the stock shifter? Thanks for the help guys.

every speed shop here in town told me "we dont have the b&m, but the pro 5.0, or steeda tri is better"

I searched until i found what i wanted, the ripper is a BIGGG improvement over the stock dildo, and i never miss shifts anymore.

I noticed that there is a 30% and 35% reduction shifter, what is the difference between the two and which is better?
