Default Bad! real bad CLUTCH PROBLEM HELP!!

Im on my last nerve, of all times, it happens when im trying to take my girl to a movie, my clutch colapses to the floor, it is a hd motorsport, and its a yr old, also i have a d&d cable and frwall adjuster, it ran fine at the track friday, but after gassing up at a store today it popped off to the floor when i tried to start it,

I found that it just came loose from the quadrant, i stuck it back on, and then it had a lot of slack in it, and i had to force it into gear, yes i have it adjusted as far as i can, also i dont hear the throwout bearing squeal anymore, is my clutch trashed?

It wont hang on to the cable? i dont think it can be adjusted anymore? thnx for any help, im about to push this car off a cliff
