Battery Relocation - parts question

PLease check this diagram and see if this wiring for the battery switch will pass tech:http://personal.msy.bellsouth.net/ms...20diagram2.jpg I also need to know if 4AWG wire will be enough for the alternator to the distribution block.

ok run 1/0 gauge welding cable form the battery to the starter soloniod..run a 2 gauge welding gauge from the alternator to the barrery..i suggest doing a 3g upgrade if not allready done..inline to the starter soilniod fomr the batttery run your switch..i also suggest running a 4-8 guage from the neg of the batteyr to the main computer dround upfront in addition to grounding in the rear with a 1/0 cable..this way your car will kill when you hit the switch and you will have sufeciant ground upfront for the computer

also run your alarm and radio wires directly to the battery(or distb block you have shown) so they will still work when the battey switch is off..also a cool spot to mount the switch is where the license plate is and make a 1" spacer for the plate so the plate sits plush not resesed and you can hide the swithc behind it.,..you can still reach behind it and cut the power ands have your alarm on

Actually my plan for the switch is to put it behind the taillight. I have an extra one so I can use the spare to drill a hole in for the switch. I am going to get the Flaming River switch with the cut-off handle. This way the switch is not accessible from the outside without the taillight in place.
