Post battery in the trunk

Like I said, it's a roller with no motor ot tranny right now. I'm planning on having the car ready for spring and my motor builder suggested I get all the advice I can from guys like you all. Believe me, getting past emissions is on my mind every time I order a part. So far, everything I have bought so far comes with CARB #'s to make them 50-state legal (hopefully) I live in an area of strictly Chevy people and it sucks.
