Best blower motor?
Im ready to put a new motor in my car. I just got a S Trim and will be running about 12-15 pounds of boost. Im leaning towards one of coast highs 347 pro street engines. Id like to be in the 550+ hp range. Please give me your input. Thanks

Hey man i got a magazine that has this coupe with stock block and stock bottom end and he has twisted wedge heads a custom cam and a vortech i dont know what trim it is but i think he is pushing 14 to 15 lbs of boost. This car is running 11.19 at 129mph on drag radials and and 10.4o's at 134 mph on 10.5 inch slicks the car made 530pluse wrhp.
What i am trying to say is keep your block a 306 and get it running 10's like that coupe unless you are wanting to go even faster then you should go with the 347,but if 10's are fast enough for you then just strap on that s-trim and let her go. It will save you the money of having to buy the stroker motor. Hope i helped with your question sorry if i didnt. good luck with your stang man. |
