From what i've seen...you can't have both.
Try cervini, harwood, or HO fibretrends

HARWOOD IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! I ORDERED A 4 INCH COWL FOR MY S-10, SUPERIOR QUALITY! bad as*! SO I ORDERED THE 4 INCH COWL FOR MY STANG TOO. I ORDERED IT FOM JEGS IT WAS $444+$89 FOR THE TRUCK FREIGHT. Total with shipping was $540, remember you get what you pay for. I don't like that 90 truck freight but it is like that from everywhere. See ya.

I bought mine from Cervini, and it's awesome, I did not have to make it fit at all, it came perfect! Good luck!! I think besides the rims, hoods are the best look enhancers available!!

My vote is for Cervini's also...

hey bowTie Eater, I bought my hood from Stangparts.com. It was the 4" cowl and it measured 5 inches, and looked too big, so I swapped it out for thier 3", which actually measured 2.5", but i am much happier with it.

I paid $300 at a show. I saw it advertised in thier mag. ad for $330 and on the web. If its $375, they recently jacked it up. Its a nice hood. Mine front end needed body adjustments, but after I worked all that out, the hood fits great.
