Best way to fix torque boxes?

My driver side has a piece ripped apart. Whats the best way to fix it. Can it just be welded back? Thanks for any info.

when mine ripped out i got some southside replacements u have to have the old ones cut but these tie into your subframes so it pulls on the frame and not the sheetmetal it was about $600. if u try to fix the old ones
they will just brake again they r like 219 plus tax if u can weld u may be able to put them in yourself
