Default Best way to remove head studs?

I'm tired of the vise grips thing, seeing how this is the second time in three days that I have had to remove my head studs.

Is there a better way? Always looking for an excuse to buy a tool.

Thanks...

I'll never say I hate working on stangs, but I do get tired once in a while.
