Question Spending a few G's

Okay, I think I'll be able to spend about $5,000 to $7,000 on my car in a month or so. But I am wondering if I should spend it on this one or buy another one (and get rid of this one). I am thinking I can probably buy another one for that price that's much nicer and already built, but who wants prebuilt anyway? You get what they wanted.

Here is the reason I bought this one...
New Mickey T's, Frame ties, Equal Length Headers, Brand New richmond 3.73's, Hurst shifter, racing clutch (dunno what), New Tochiko (whatever!) 90/10's, Explorer upper and lower intake, Dual blade electric fan, MSD 6al, MSD Coil, Underdrive crank pulley, Short Ram air intake, 70mm TB, 70mm Spacer and we're pretty sure an e-303(sounds like one) and possibly aftermarket rockers (Haven't checked), and Chrome 16" Cobra R knock off's.

Sooooo I need...

New Transmission, Motor Rebuild using mostly what I've got, Heads, Cheap tires, Body work, "Paint it Black" (it's now a blue/purple bad bass boat job), new Rear valance, new front bumper cover, Driver side fender, eibach springs, Some interior parts (those that are broken, a new Cowl hood.

Should I buy another and spend a ton on performance parts or keep this and spend a ton on body work and paint? I do like the fact that it's an '89 25th year (Though it's not worth anything more I thought it was cool).
