Big Favor

In about 2 wks. I’m getting a set of AFR 165 (58) and a set of 1.6 FMS rollers. If anyone has time can you PLEAES explain how to install a set of stud mount roller rockers? I’m doing everything myself to save some money, and to make sure things are done right. However never done roller rockers before. So if anyone has time to explain I would greatly appreciate it

Added info.
It would help to know what car its for.
1990 LX 302 T5
Everything is stock on the engine except the BBK Headers.
