you are having the same problem i did, and mine was a head gasket, although yours could be that or the intake gasket letting coolant into the lifter valley, DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR ANYMORE, im 99% positive since your oil is very full theres a lot of coolant in there, the reason you cant see it is because oil and water dont mix and your just bringing up the oil from the top of the pan, the coolant is most likely sitting on the bottom, pull your oil drain plugs and you'll see as much coolant pour out as you've had to put in, if you've driven it very long like this it can cause bad and expensive damage, like spinning a bearing, and also i have a suspision that since my oil pump locked up right after i replaced my head gaskets that the coolant sitting in the pan screwed up the pump and/or pickup, so get it fixed fast, and do not drive it until you do
