Post bigger injectors??

I am planning to install a Zex 125 dry kit on my friend's stang. His engine is making 275 HP N/A, with the 19 lbs injectors.

With the 125 shot, the engine will make about 400 hp. I put that through the fuel analyzer on this site and they said the injectors would require 100+ psi to fuel the engine. I know that going over 80 is bad. If I upgraded the injectors, then the car would be overinjected when its N/A, requiring about 29 psi. What do you guys suggest?
