Post Block Question

I just finished the disassembly of my 351W. I have it down to the bare block. Upon taking it apart found that two rods are shot. It also appears that one of the rods nicked the cyl. There is a little part missing off the wall of the cyl. By the wear it appears that it is about 3/4 of an inch past bottom of the piston stroke. How much of a problem will this be and is it reparable without skirting the cyl?

If the damge is near the bottom of the hole or at the bottom it shouldn't be much of a problem. How bad is it? Will a overbore clean it up? I have a 302 that had a similar problem. There was a bit of material at the bottom of one of the holes that was damaged but it was still good because it was not in the pistons travel. If you are still unsure then ask a engine builder.
