You can actually get a carb box from Vortech i think it is. If you get the box you can pretty much bolt up any 5.0L blower. It basically seals the carb in the box and has the air inlet in pretty much the same place as a EFI intake. Looks pretty good.I emailed them about it but i never got a reply. Hope that helps

Procharger also makes a carburetor bonnet and when I emailed them they said that it could be made to work with most of their 5.0 supercharger kits. They don't make a complete kit for the ford 5.0 because a carbed blower is not easy to tune and it's hard to put together a complete kit like they can for a fuelie car. Most of their carb applications are for marine applications but they do make a kit for chevys but they said that it can be done and they will attempt to assist with tech support if I wanted to try it.

Question which is better?

Holley claims their power charger is the shiznit. It is very nice though up to 19 psi on a 302 with the right pulleys. I think Kenny bell(spelled right?) makes one too. High dollar. Holley is the least expensive, Satin finish around 2K saw one at fun ford for 1 k. Lugos has the sealed boxes in stock, they look like a silver treasure chest. But youll need a treasure chest to buy the set up. Only problem with a holley, Well not a prob. but, Youll definately need a cowl hood.
