Default Body Molding Curling

I am getting ready to paint my 88GT. There are areas of the side molding that have curled away from the car, like at the ends of the door and just infront and behind the door. Is there a simple and effective way of getting these moldings to lay flat again? Some sort of indusrtial adhesive? I really do not want to take them off to make them straight, that seems like double work.
Thanks for any suuggestions.

I think your best bet would be to dispose of them and find flatter ones off another car.

I agree, I would get new ones, once you take them off they tend to stretch and look wavey. It all can be reattached with 3m tape.
