Angry Brakes Bad after S-TRIM install...HELP!!

Well, the car runs great, but unfortunately, the brakes are all screwed up. The pedal is really, really hard to push and it takes everything I have to get the car to stop. I checked for loose vaccuum lines and didn't see any. The only line I saw was the one coming off of the Brake Booster to the vaccuum tree on the firewall. I unplugged one of the lines on the tree and put a vaccuum gauge up to it...and it read 9lbs of vaccuum. Does this seem low? I obviously had to use one of the ports on the tree for my FMU and then the MSD-BTM spliced into that line also...and all of those connections are tight. So, does anyone have a clue what this could be???? Josh

On the Crane cam, 9in/HG's is a little low. I would guess that there is a vacuum leak somewhere. You might want to try the carb cleaner trick to see if you can find the general location of the leak.

Spray it around your engine and see if it revs. If it does, you found your leak.
