bumpers on '87-'93 stangs, lightening my car
The bumpers on my car are solid HEAVY steel and i've heard that later model mustangs have lighter weight bumpers. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'd like to put my car on a diet and things like that would help. Any other ideas or suggestions?

Yep. I upgraded the front on my '86 and there was a huge steel reenforcement under the urethane. The '87 ups use a fiberglass support behind the urethane.
