Arrow 2 wire plug by distributor?

Right next to my distributor plug , there is another 2 wire plug from the wire harness. What does it go to? Mine is capped off and just sitting there. Does it go to the AC, didn't see a place for it to plug in. Thanks for your comments.

Thats called the spout connector, you take the grey plug out and that bypasses the computer from the distributor and you can set your timing and then make sure to plug back in or you car will just be running on whatever timing u set.
