Buying air fuel gauge
Im looking to buy an autometer airfuel gauge. My question is can i hook it to my factory o2 sensor with out messing up the signal to the computer or do i need to buy a o2 just for the gauge? Also would it be best to buy two or would just using one do what i need? thanks

Re: Buying air fuel gauge
Unless you're getting a wide band (LC-1, PLX, etc), they're really useless. Anything outside of 14.5 to 14.9 is meaningless since it will be working from the stock narrow band sensors.

Re: Buying air fuel gauge
Ditto on the above.
An independent wideband 02 is the only way to go if you are really interested in a gauge that actually means something. My Anderson PMS reads what the stock 02's are reading and they have a really narrow "window". In other words, all they do is flop from lean to rich constantly. A wideband will give you a much more linear curve to calibrate your air and fuel ratios... good luck
