Hello All,
I recently purchased a 1989 Mustang GT. It is all original and has 72,000 miles and is in excellent condition. My problem is a buzzing noise that I can hear soon after engine warms up. The sound is louder on the passenger side right behind the front tire. It can be heard only at idle. As soon as I raise the the RPM the noise goes away and comes back at idle. I was under the car tonight and nothing is rattleing or loose. I thought that it might be associated with the air pump system but I do not hear any noises comming from under the hood.... Any help would be greatly appreciated
