This was posted about me...
On a thread where a guy ripped me off,
and he posted some q's and i replied......

"NOS_Notch's offensive post has been deleted.
Furthermore, I think phantomfox89's project car question has been answered and
this other matter is not a tech topic for the message board. You should handle
that through private Email if it is not already resolved as phantomfox89 has
stated"

What he stated isn't the truth...but my post was deleted and i was threatened to be banned???
I made no threat.Simply asked a question and made a statement.
See ya Danny....go ahead and ban me, i have the right to free speech.

OH man dont be a ***** over nothing. So what if they were wrong. **** yes I would piss me off too, but they just dont want the flame **** on the board. They shouldnt threaten to ban you though.

I wasn't involved in the transaction, so I can't say who's lying. I'd be inclined to believe NOS_Notch though.

If that guy ripped NOS off, he should have been totally banned from this site. If somebody had ripped me off, then proceeded to log on under a modified account and ask questions, hell yeah I'd confront him. I'd make the guy's life a living hell every single chance I get.

That being said, I can't judge how offensive the post made by NOS really was. I've as everybody knows, made some questionable posts in the past, and I ride the line on this message board. I've been reemed before, probably happen again sometime

but you deal with it and move on.

NOS_Notch hey don't go you have helped me out before. Man they threaten to ban you. Man I would be ticked OFF if I was you to but just don't leave. If some was to rip Me of I would want to kill HIM. But don't leave us all!! Stay.
Just A side note I could not be banned for very long I get a new IP all the time it some what of a pain for I run a sever on it or I try too.

OK, enough is enough, and I'm not going to allow a member, and one in the wrong I might add, to start another huge disruption on the site.

Here's the facts:

First of all, the member phantomfox89 posted a question regarding a project car that used to be in MM&FF. This post had nothing to do with Nos_Notch whatsoever and also had nothing to do with any classified transaction.

Second, Nos_Notch responded to this thread accusing phantomfox89 of a bad transaction with one of his friends.

Third, phantomfox89 replied with an explanation regarding the transaction.

Four, Nos_Notch then posted a response that had threatening connotations to it. Basically, implying that his friend had a relative in phantomfox89's area of the country and that he'd be looking for him. And, also outright ask him if he "parked his car outside". Obviously implying that this person might do something to his Mustang. Furthermore, Nos_Notch also mentioned the Klan (KKK) in his post.

Fifth, several of our members were offended by his reference to the Klan. I received several private messages and Emails asking that his offensive remarks and statements regarding the KKK be removed from the site.

Six, the deletion of his post, which was an OBVIOUS implied threat and public flame against phantomfox89 was a 100% violation of our membership and posting rules. It also had NOTHING to do with tech, nothing to do with the topic of the thread, and was a matter that should have been dealt with through private Email. The deletion of his post was not a statement by myself, or MustangWorks.com, on whether or not Nos_Notch's friend was cheated in or not in any way by phantomfox89. If he was, I do not know. However, again, Nos_Notch made a VERY poor choice in judgment regarding both the method of confronting phantomfox89 and a very poor choice of content when doing so.

And, I stand by my statement to him. You violate our rules here, we WILL take whatever action we deem appropriate. Our rules are not open for debate. This is a privately owned site, and you have no god given rights here to act or post in such a threaten tone, flame, bash, or publicly attack other people on this site. And, it WILL NOT be tolerated.

End of discussion.
