Call Dave at JP's Performance for the 76mm C&L (www.jpsperformance.com). It should work with a cone filter as long as you have a sheild to prevent fan wash. I should have mine running in the next 2 weeks, I'll let you know.

I got mine on group purchase through JD's Performance. Even without the group purchase, it's about the best price on the web. Good guy, too. Very up front and cool to talk to.

I haven't been able to put it on or mock it up yet...I will this weekend.

Thumbs up

I agree with the above, give JD's a call. IMO I think the 70mm t/b might be too much, you may want to stick with a 65mm. Also, C&L recommends sticking with the stock air filter housing but you would probably be ok with a shield as mentioned above. I don't know if anyone sells one or not but it shouldn't be too hard to fab up.

the reason for the 70 instead of the 65 is cause i heard you dont lose much with the 70 and im planing on in the late future adding a blower and i dont want to have to replace the tb a second time

I just installed my C&L 76 mas yesterday. The car idled fine but when i went to drive it, it was sputtering, jerking. I drove it for about 30 minutes to see if maybe the computer needed to relearn. Well anyway the sputtering finally went away but I still had some jerking at 2200-2300 RPMs. I went home and replaced my moroso cold air kit with my stock air box and there is no more jerking.

Demon- I say go ahead and get the 70mm since you plan on building the motor in the near future. TH blower will take full advantage of the larger TB. I wish I would have bought the 70mm for my combo. Get a Accufab TB they are awesome, look great and perform great.
