California Legal HI FLOW CATS
 

I've been looking around for a smog legal H pipe for my 89... but most say are emissions legal but NOT in california... what are my options... anyone know of a specific brand that has a CARB number? or should I just go with STOCK.... can a muffler shop install CATS to my OFFROAD pipes to meet whatever the standards are?
