I don't think you will have any problems running a decent quality rebuilt caliper. NAPA ones should do the trick.
As suggested replace both as a pair, and put on new pads, and resurface the rotors to make sure everything will work right.
Don't forget, if you need to compress the piston in the caliper for those, you need to get a tool to "press and twist" the piston back in.
