Calling all F303 cam users

I'm trying to figure out what cam will work in naturally aspirated, blower, or turbo setups, depending on which way I end up going. This one seems to fit the bill nicely. What is your combo? ET's/mph? How does the cam drive? I know it has a nice lopey idle http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif What kind of mileage do you get? Thanks for the replies.

I ran the F cam for a while. I didnt like it. It had massive mid and upper range, but the sloppiness down low was terrible. Now I realize that cams with smaller lobe centers and split durations work better for power adders. (and probably naturally aspirated too) Its kinda hard to pick one cam that will work good for every power adder.

Got the low end bugs worked out, and it feels great, has awesome mid and top end. Works wonderfully with nitrous, I'm glad I got it over the E cam. (Close friend of mine has identical setup just with E cam, and I can beat him on and off juice by a few car lenghts). If you want the most out of your combo though, I'd suggest a custom cam, otherwise the F cam will be a good choice (but don't drive the car at less than 1,700rpm as it doesn't like it too well).

The F cams are good blower cams. Turbo cams require little to no overlap since they need the exhaust pressure to drive the turbo. As for naturally aspirated setups, F cams are good but there are some much better cams out there. Can't say as far as nitrous goes. There really isn't a magic cam for all power adders since they require different engine characteristics. I'd agree that you should always have a cam custom ground for maximum power.
