![]() I was wondering if I could add another Fuel regulator keep the one on the carb set to 5-6 psi and the one for the NOS at 8-9 psi instead of my set up now which is.. Holley Fuel pump. big alum line, one regulator set to 8psi. and a 750 AED carb.. nitrous fuel supply is T'eed into the carb fuel after REGulator.
I guess plan B is add second fuel pump SAME fuel line.. so I have a Holley at the Tank pushing.. and a holley in the Engine bay. feeding from same fuel line.. xept the one at the engine would come on when I activate the Nitrous?? what you think guys..

![]() Yeah, you should have two regulators hooked up... just be sure that your pump is up to the task and you'll be fine. I'd use an NOS 'Y' fitting if you stay with the single pump.
The Holley black is advertised as being capable of 120gph @ 9psi. I've read where guys have run two 'blues' (70gph @ 9psi) and two regulators... one for the motor and one for the nitrous system. You could even run a small fuel cell in the engine compartment, room permitting. Otherwise just mount both pumps at the rear... and have two fuel press. gauges to keep an eye on, etc. |

![]() Yes you should definately have at least two regulators. I don't know how much nitrous you will be spraying but if your spraying alot i would look into two separate fuel systems as ryan stated. I'd rather have too much fuel that not enough on the big end. You DON"T want to run it lean on the top end.

![]() Yes you can run 2 regulators but they ned to be run inline or you will never get any pressure higher than the lowest regulator.
Run it in this order pump to 8 psi reg from there t off to the fuel solinoid and the 6 psi reg. from there go to your carb. and if it is a return style back to you gas tank. The holley pump should be fine for up to a 150 to 200 shot on a mid tune motor but that will all depend on what you are planning on running on both motor and shot size. I personally feed my street car 150 shot with a blue pump and my carb with a mallory on seperate fuel lines.

![]() gotcha guys.. I have the holley black. and the motor runs 11.70's and on 150 shot 10.60's so if nothing else just have two regulators.. one set to the 5-6psi and one at 8-9 psi.. thanx
