Default calling people W/ ram longstyle clutch

I am having problems with it releasing all the way. With the clutch pedal to the floor I have to wait for about 4 seconds for the disk to stop spinning (I know this because I was under the car when a friend pushed in the clutch for me.) If I try to shift before that 4 seconds it will grind, if I wait it will slide right in. WTF!
I have a new cable, firewall adj, and quadrent. The clutch is a 11" ram longstyle, with a 900 seris disk, ram throughout bearing, ram pivot ball, and ram pilot bearing.
Also, it gets worse when the car gets warm.

Please help!!!
