is this cam worth swapping?

I have an 85GT, my current mods are listed below. I am still running the stock cam and heads. I am able to get a free cam that came in the 93 lightnings.
206 @ .050 .448 lift INT>
214 @ .050 .464 lift EXH>
I know this is better than what I got, but is it worth swapping out. The automatic cars in 85 had a milder cam then the manuals, so my car is still dogg a$$ slow.
I will be adding a set of either gt40' or stockers with a port job.

Is your 85 motor a roller motor. If not I don't think that cam will work.

No, the automatic cars were not roller motors, but the manuals were. Is this an o.k. street cam? Im not worried about E.Ts, I just want some more power, and I know the cam will work, I just dont want to waist time swapping and then not notice anything. A good aftermarket cam isnt that expensive, but I cant pass up a freebee.
