![]() Ok, if you read my last post, I got the clutch fixed, but now I have a different problem, go figure. I heard an exhaust leak yesterday when we put the car back together, and again tonight when I was working on it. I took the header to h-pipe bolts off of the passenger side since thats where the leak was. Checked the bolts, and put them back in. It seems that yesterday we cross-threaded the bolts into the header flange bolt holes. The bolt would go in maybe 1/2" or so. I traded that bolt out for a different bolt of the same size, and got the same results. Is it possible to have the hole in the header flange re-tapped for a size bigger? Has anybody done this, or know somebody who has done this? And if it can be done, whats the chances of doing it while the header is still on the car?? With the blower tubing, and all the other crap on the passenger side (smog) I would hate to take that header off. Any suggestions as always is greatly appreciated.
Chris
