Angry Car is breaking up

Well, I just installed a Second Gen. PIH kit from Pro-M. I also installed an ignition from Holley. Well, I finally got it started and running, and it ran really well until I drove it around and got on it really hard to see how awesome the kit was. At about 4000 rpm's the car breaks up really badly. I does not do this in nuetral. What could the problem be? All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

-Billy
