Installation of Vortec or Paxton...Is is easy?
How easy is it to install either the Vortec S or Paxton supercharger? Could a backyard mechanic such as myself do the total installation? I rate myself about a 3 on a scale of 1-5. I can do brakes, intakes and other small stuff but not heads or rebuilding a block. Also, do you need any special tools or special knowledge to do the install? Any other "gotchas" to be wary about? Is it a direct bolt-on?

My S-trim went on just like the excellent instructions said. Take your time, go slow, and ask us (here) questions if you have any. Its fairly easy.
The biggest tool you may not have is the tap and hole punch ($20 at Sears)...
