Vic Jr and a 650 speed demon with mech. secondaries. That's what I'd match those heads and cam with. Should be worth a ton of top-end hp.
BTW what are you going to be running for a compression ratio?

The best combo I've ever used on carbed stangs is a victor jr. and a holley 650 dual line double pumper with mechanical secondaries. However if I build another one, I'll give the speed demon a try too. So basically I agree with the above comment by Red.

I agree with the Vic Jr. Intake, but with a .600 lift 288 duration cam, a 650 Holley just isn't gonna cut it. You could go as high as a 850 Vaccum secondary if you wanted to. Put the 650 on their and your gonna kill your hp.

Yeah, I think maybe the 750 might work better, seeing as this motor probably won't spend a lot of time at less than 5000rpms on the strip.

But then again, MM&FF got more power from a 650 demon than a 750 demon on a 393 with AFR 185's and a Comp cams xe282 and a vic jr. I don't think that there will be a night and day difference between the two carbs.

The Holley 4150hp 750 would b a good choice.

Over carburetion can kill power as much as under carburetion. I would think Yor safe with either the 650 or 750 as long as you spend the time to tune it right. What Rpm range is your cam made for? This will determine your manifold choice. Choose a manifold that matches your cam for best results.
