Ok, my personal opinion on this: buy the cheapest O/R H pipe you can find but makes sure it's stainless. I bought a Headman and it fit perfect. I also have 2 chamber flows and it sounds really nice. It's scary to some people. I get compliments all the time though

You'll probably wind up ditchin' some power down low with the H pipe w/out cats but for the money you'd have to spend on the H pipe w/ cats-well worth it. Spend the extra money on pullies and gears and you'll more than make up for it.

As for emissions (if you have the inspections) keep the stocker like stock89 said.
