Post Trick Flow "Street" Intake

i was thinking of purchasing a new intake, is the trick flow "street" intake a good choice on a stock 88 gt (t-5) ?
Will it increase performance on my stock motor? i havent done anything to it except put a new 3-core rad in it, no smog pump, & dumps at the end of stock H-pipe (sounds mean!). if so how much power (approx.)

thanks
