For the carb swap, don't forget a new electric fuel pump $100, fittings and lines and a tank pick-up $75, a new distributor $150, and an ignition module to replace the TFI that needs the computer, $140. Believe me, you'll find a bunch more parts you'll need as well. I'm not sure if your guages will work but I think they will, but if you want to remove the wiring from the fuel injection you're gonna have to do a bunch of cutting to get everything to work.
