Question Changing trans fluid...how much do I need???

I'm going to go ahead and change the trans fluid in my stock T-5. I'm going with the Redline ATF as was suggested in a previous post but can anyone tell me how many quarts I need to buy? I can't find it in my Hayes Repair Manual. Thanks a lot.

The fluid capacity is 5.6 pints (2.8 quarts); just fill up until it runs out of the top fill port (on the passenger side).

I always fill it up until it starts to come out of the top drain plug. It is usually about 2 1/2 qts.
