Post Changing valve seals

Is there any trick to doing this on the car?
I was going to remove the rockers, fill the cylinder with air, remove the springs, then the seals should pry right out right?

Thanks,

Rob

I think that just about covers it.

Do you think the seals are causing your slight smoking prob?
