Probably a weak cell in the battery caused by the pullies, and perhaps leaving the lights on once or twice. Could also be a failing battery cable. Do this:
After it's been sitting overnight, hook up your DMM to the battery and note the voltage. Turn on your headlights for 15 seconds. Note how low the voltage goes. Turn off your headlights. Where's the voltage now? How long does it take to get back to where it was at first?
Answer those and we'll go from there.
