Question Just bought a blower....

And i'm looking to run about 14 lbs of boost, what size fuel pump, mass air meter, injectors, etc do I need to support that? Will my internals (I have a 93 with the weaker pistons) stay together at that boost? Do I need ignition? Thanks a bunch...

i'm not exactly sure about all this but i'll help as much as possible..

I'd go with a 80mm mass air. 70mm TB. 42lb/hr injectors. Fuel pump, well I don't know exactly about this one. Maybe a 255lph intank and an inline pump as well.

I personally wouldn't go above 9-10 lbs of boost on any car with hypereutectic pistons. But if you have low mileage, it just might work.

Honestly I would think you could run 14#'s of boost on a stock bottom end, with the exception of a few things. First you have in your signature, stock, so does this mean stock heads and stock cam etc? what kind of supercharger did you buy, if you bought one with an intercooler or aftercooler then you should be able to run this kind of boost alot more safely.
If your looking to push 14#'s of boost on the stock motor heres what I would do. First your gonna have to think about what kind of power numbers,or estimate you'll be making. I ASSUME your car is stock cause thats what you have written down, so with 14psi with a non intercooled application you might be making around 325-340rwhp would be my guess, assuming your making around 190rwhp as is. ( 93Gt 215fwhp )
For this power level I would say upgrade the injectors to prolly 36's with an FMU, prolly 6:1 should be fine with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator that is 1:1 boost sensitive, like the kirban or aeromotive units are. This will keep you rich enough that things will stay safe. Your going to need a good ignition system, as in the MSD 6al and MSD 6BTM. Your gonna need to pull some timing out of the car under boost so the btm should help w/ the detonation. I honestly wouldn't take my timing above 9 degrees base since you have stock iron heads and with iron heads you cannot run as much advance on timing.
I would also looking into the 255lph intake fuel pump, along with installing the inline boost pump supplied by the supercharger company.
I'd go one range colder on the plugs and gap them kinda low, around .32-.34 to help keep the spark from being blown out by the fuel, since you'll be running rich.
and lastly throw it on a dyno to have it tuned and square away the a/f ratio. Tuning will be the most important part of the car to keep it from blown head gaskets. I would say a head gasket would go before a piston, their kind of like a fuse that goes before something major does.
now if you had heads, cam etc, then you'd really be taxing the stock block, and you'd prolly need a good fuel system and run some type of race gas mixture.
good luck

mass air meter depends on the blower type. if its a vortech or paxton, or powerdyne I'd go w/ an 80mm as stated before. Make SURE its calibrated right! With a procharger your gonna need a blow through calibrated meter, i went w/ a pro-m75 bullet style meter.
70mm tb will work fine.

yes, I have stock heads and cam, stock everything, and yes, the blower has an intercooler. I'm a little confused here, will I be able to run safely with my hypereutectic pistons? My car does have low mileage (40000). If its safe, what all do I need? I'm really new to the forced induction scene, so talk slow.

the hypeuretic pistons arent necessarily bad, its just that they cant take detonation.
Just run a good fuel system as i stated, and dont go crazy on the timing and you should be fine. also just try to run good gas all the time, like 93 octane.

Dont worry about your pistons. If you got hypernetic or forged and your detonating neither one is going to last. Hypernetic will run your HP level fine.

Since you have an intercooler you will be able to run ~13-14psi. Your going to have to have PLENTY OF FUEL, and tune it well, and pull a lot of timing with those iron heads.

Also your going to need a good cooling system for the summer.

I would think about getting a shift kit and converter for that stock AOD also. And some gears. Just get a good maf and match it to your injectors.

I would go with 36's and a FMU.

The key is going to be to tune this car right, run it a little rich and you'll always be on the safe side.

With a stock motor and that much boost I think you could see around ~300rwhp with your AOD on pump fuel.
