Default Thorny In The Side - Check Engine Light

I'm running and off road x-pipe (w/o cats) with MIL eliminators. After the install I was getting DTC P0136 and P0141. Changed out the MIL eliminators because I thought they were bad. Replaced them and now I'm only getting one DTC P0141.

I was told by a representative at Pony Express Performance that P0141 has to do with a short to ground on pass side rear 02 sensor heater circuit. Heater circuit is the two white wires on the 02 sensor. Mil Eliminators only utilize the black and gray wires.

The advice given is that I have a bad connection at the O2 sensor.

Has anyone ever heard of that? Do you think I have a minor wiring issue? Everything was fine before the performance mods, since that time that thorny check engine light is haunting me and I'm almost tempted to unplug it.
